The competitions operated by TipTop Competitions Ltd ("the Promoter", "we", "our", or "us") are intended to constitute skill-based prize competitions and are operated in accordance with applicable laws in England and Wales.
By entering any competition listed on the Website, all entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. THE COMPETITIONS
The Promoter operates online skill-based prize competitions through the Website.
Each competition will specify:

Competitions are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta or any other social media platform unless expressly stated otherwise.
3. ELIGIBILITY
Competitions are open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over only.
The following persons are not permitted to enter competitions:

Employees, agents or suppliers of the Promoter

Anyone professionally connected with the operation or administration of the competitions

Members of the same household as any person referred to above
By entering a competition, entrants confirm that:

The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of identity, age or eligibility at any time.
The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entries, withhold prizes, suspend accounts or disqualify entrants where there are reasonable grounds to believe:

Fraud, unlawful activity or chargeback abuse has occurred

False or misleading information has been provided

Automated systems or software have been used to gain an unfair advantage

4. COMPETITION PERIODS

Each competition will run from the opening date and time until the closing date and time displayed on the Website.

All times and dates refer to London, England time.

The Promoter reserves the right to amend competition dates where reasonably necessary due to legal, operational or technical reasons.

Competitions will not be extended solely for the purpose of increasing ticket sales.
5. HOW TO ENTER

Only one account per person is permitted on the Website.

The Promoter reserves the right to merge, suspend or close duplicate accounts.

All entrants must correctly answer a skill-based question designed to test knowledge, judgment and/or attention before an entry is accepted into a competition.

Entries submitted with an incorrect answer will not be entered into the competition draw.

All valid entries will be allocated a unique entry or ticket number.
-
Winners are selected entirely at random from all valid entries received before the competition closing date using a computer-generated random selection process.
6. ENTRY ROUTES
PAID ONLINE ENTRY ROUTE
To enter online, entrants must:

Complete the online entry form

Correctly answer the competition question

Complete payment for the selected number of entries
Entry fees are displayed on the Website.
Once payment has been successfully processed and entries allocated, entry fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where the Promoter, acting reasonably, determines that exceptional circumstances apply.
The Promoter reserves the right to suspend accounts, refuse future entries or take appropriate action where fraudulent chargebacks, payment disputes or abuse of the competition process are suspected.
FREE POSTAL ENTRY ROUTE
Entry via post is available free of charge for every competition.

Correct answer to the competition question displayed on the Website
Postal entries which are incomplete, illegible, damaged or contain an incorrect answer will be disqualified.
Only one postal entry is permitted per envelope. Multiple entries submitted within one envelope will be treated as a single valid entry only.
Hand-delivered entries will not be accepted.
Postal entries must be received before the stated closing date.
Proof of posting does not guarantee entry into a competition.
The Promoter is not required to acknowledge receipt of postal entries.
If the maximum number of entries for a competition has already been reached before a postal entry is received, that entry will not be entered into the draw.
Each valid postal entry has an equal chance of winning as a paid online entry.
7. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

Draws will take place as soon as reasonably possible and, in any event, within 7 days of the competition closing date.

Draws may be conducted live online and/or using computer-generated random selection software.

The Promoter reserves the right to record draws for transparency, verification and audit purposes.

Winners will be contacted using the contact details provided at the time of entry.

If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond or fails to claim their prize within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize and select another winner.

In the absence of manifest error, the Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the competition shall be final.
8. PRIZES

Prize details are displayed on the Website.

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize with a prize of equal or greater value where reasonably necessary.

Prizes are non-transferable and non-negotiable unless otherwise stated.

Where a cash alternative is offered, details will be displayed on the Website.
9. PUBLICITY & WINNER INFORMATION

The Promoter may publish the first name and surname and county of major prize winners in order to demonstrate that competitions have been properly administered.

Winners may also be announced on the Website and social media platforms.

If a winner objects to their first name and surname or county being published, they must contact the Promoter before the competition closing date.

The Promoter may still provide winner information to regulatory authorities where legally required.
10. DATA PROTECTION
Personal data supplied during the course of a competition will only be processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for:

The Promoter does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Website.
The Promoter shall not be responsible for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, incomplete or otherwise unable to be processed due to technical interruptions or failures affecting the Website, payment systems or internet services.
12. CANCELLATION OR AMENDMENT

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel competitions where reasonably necessary due to legal, operational or technical reasons.

Competitions will not be cancelled solely due to low ticket sales.

If a competition is cancelled, all paid entries for that competition will be refunded.
13. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law.
The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising in connection with the competitions.
Entrants should print and retain a copy of these Terms & Conditions for their records.
