In this Refund Policy, “Website” means the official TipTop Competitions website operated by the Promoter.

By purchasing an entry into a competition, you acknowledge that you are entering into a legally binding contract in accordance with the Competition Terms & Conditions published on the Website.

Competition entries are digitally processed and allocated immediately upon successful payment.

Entry fees are generally non-refundable except in the limited circumstances described within this Policy or where required by applicable law.
 

2. NON-REFUNDABLE CIRCUMSTANCES

Refunds will not normally be issued in the following circumstances:

  • You decide not to participate after purchasing entries

  • You are found to be ineligible to enter the competition

  • You are disqualified for breaching the Competition Terms & Conditions

  • You fail to claim a prize within the required timeframe

  • You voluntarily withdraw from the competition

  • You incorrectly answer the competition question

Once a competition has closed or the draw has taken place, refunds will not normally be issued except where required by law.
 

3. EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES

A refund may be issued at the Promoter’s discretion in limited circumstances including:

  • Verified duplicate payments

  • Payment processing errors resulting in an incorrect charge

  • Technical errors caused by the Website which materially affected an entry

  • Where the Promoter cancels or voids a competition before the draw takes place

Any refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the issue arising.
 

Refund requests must include:

  • Full name

  • Registered email address

  • Order number or transaction reference

The Promoter reserves the right to request reasonable supporting information or evidence before issuing any refund.

Approved refunds will normally be processed using the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
 

4. DISQUALIFICATION & FRAUD

The Promoter reserves the right to refuse refunds, void entries, suspend accounts or withhold prizes where there are reasonable grounds to believe:

  • Fraud has occurred

  • False or misleading information has been provided

  • Chargeback abuse has taken place

  • Automated systems or software have been used to gain an unfair advantage

  • The Website or competition process has been manipulated or tampered with

Where entries are voided due to fraud, breach of the Competition Terms & Conditions or unlawful activity, no refund will be issued.
 

5. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

If a participant initiates a chargeback or payment dispute without valid grounds, the Promoter reserves the right to:

  • Void associated entries

  • Suspend or permanently restrict future participation

  • Recover reasonable costs incurred as a direct result of the chargeback or dispute where permitted by law
     

The Promoter reserves the right to provide payment processors, banks or dispute resolution providers with evidence of entry purchase, account activity and participation in competitions where necessary to defend a chargeback or dispute.
 

6. STATUTORY RIGHTS

Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes or limits any statutory rights available to consumers under applicable law.

This Refund Policy should be read alongside the Competition Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy published on the Website.
